Guidelines for designing a penguin workshop

This is a collection of design guidelines for penguin workshops. Not finished, not mandatory, but tested in practice many times. They express the penguin philosophy.

Address the entire human being: Make sure the workshop is balanced between heart - head and hand

Lead with intention: Meaning always tell participants what the idea, the intention is behind every exercise and concept you present.

Make time and space for the heart-connection to form: This will create the group magic that will carry the process. Make sure to have exercises where participants can connect to each other on a personal level, listen to each other (e.g. the 3Cs of listening).

Follow the U-process of entering easy - going deep - going up and closing with applicability (what of this is relevant for my daily work?)

Start with movement

Don’t forget the check-in!!!

End with movement
